Maile Chapman has been living in County Wexford, Ireland since completing a Fulbright Fellowship in Turku, Finland, where she visited early twentieth-century sanatoria and other functional public buildings. She is returning to the States this fall to be a Schaeffer Fellow in Fiction at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas. Her fiction has been published in Post Road, 3rd Bed, and Best New American Voices.
