Daniel Alarcón is the author of Lost City Radio (Harper Perennial), which received the 2009 International Literature Prize from the House of World Cultures in Berlin. The Secret Miracle, a book of interviews conducted with forty novelists from over twenty countries, is forthcoming from Henry Holt and Company. He edited the Focus: Peru portfolio in APS 3.
