Elisabetta Rasy’s books include La scienza degli addii (The science of farewells) and L’estranea (The alien), both published by Rizzoli; and Tre Passioni (Three passions), an unusual book in the Italian literary realm, partway between essay and fiction, in which she narrates the lives of three women—Grazia Deledda, Ada Negri, and Matilde Serao—who, a hundred years earlier, affirmed their freedom through writing.
