Thanassis Valtinos is the author of Orthokostá (Yale), Deep Blue Almost Black, and Data from the Decade of the Sixties (both Northwestern). His screenplay for the film Voyage to Cythera was awarded the prize for best screenplay at the 1984 Cannes Film Festival.
